Project Concept

The Mandom Indonesian Head Office relocated from a factory in an industrial area to the central business district of Jakarta. This new office adopted a free address and paperless concept, which brought about a big change to employees' work styles.

The new space is designed to prioritize employees. The objective is to ensure employees are comfortable and motivated, which in turn will promote their productivity and creativity. Several areas, each with a different character, provide employees with workstyle options that support communication and interaction.
