The "NONA" ITOKI's New Mesh Chair with the Industry's First Dual Rocking Function to Save Space in Offices

In February 2015, ITOKI CORPORATION (“ITOKI”, President: Tadashi Matsui) will launch its new “NONA” mesh chair.

The NONA chair is the industry’s first mesh chair equipped with ITOKI’s proprietary dual motion rocking function.

This high-performance chair is constructed with advanced functions, employing the same mesh material and Fit & Free concept as ITOKI’s sophisticated f-Chair mesh seatback product.

The NONA chair is a state-of-the-art, cost-conscious chair featuring functions to deliver optimum seating comfort, and is easily adjusted. The new mesh seatback architecture originally developed for the f-Chair produces sink-in seating comfort.

Dual Motion Rocking

The dual motion rocking mechanism that was originally developed for ITOKI’s torte-Chair was introduced in the NONA chair. Besides a rocking back motion, this mechanism slides the seat cushion forward. Compared with conventional chair designs, this provides a wider walkway behind the chair in offices with back-to-back layouts.
This design allows workers to remain concentrated on their work without being bothered by people who are passing behind them.
