ITOKI CORPORATION (President: Tadashi Matsui; hereafter “ITOKI”) will introduce a new white frame design to the “Vento” office chair series that launched in 2011. With a total of 10 mesh color fabric variations, ITOKI provides the chair best suited to the latest office spaces.

Vento is the state-of-the-art task chair equipped with functions enabling users to experience comfortable seating through easy and quick adjustments. As a component of office space, chairs are designed to blend right in with the surrounding architecture. ITOKI’s new and original mesh material, “stripe layered fabric,” is used on the back of the chair to give different textures to the front and back sides. Unlike conventional mesh chairs, Vento chairs provide comfortable seating with a feeling of being enveloped. Equipped with the world’s first automatic lumbar tension mechanism, the seat automatically adjusts the lumbar support to the optimal position associated with rocking the back.

As a new age of mesh chairs targeting both functionality and design, Vento chairs bring new seating sensations and designs to customers’ office spaces.

Stripe layered fabric back

ITOKI original layered mesh using transparent and non-transparent lines alternately to create a stripe pattern. Using stretchable elastomer, non-transparent lines provide soft seating and high durability.

Plain mesh back

Evenly permeable mesh with high durability, using the same stretchable elastomer fiber as well as stripe layered fabric. There are eight color variations to create a colorful office environment.
